Honestly you won't gain much over E60.
Because E60 is still 104-105 octane, your compression and power is well within range for it to support it at full timing. E60 is enough octane to support up to 4 digit power. Now I am not saying you won't gain a few HP going from 60 to 80% but it's not enough to justify upgrading fueling or buying a drum because local pump only produces E70.
