Your other mods will void the warranty as well.
GM specifically blames my engine modifications and tune as the cause for their defective valve body due to "undue additional stress" as they worded it.
My questions to them is: "GM if that is true then why do the recall at all? GM are you saying your stock tune causes "undue additional stress" on the valve body as well? Still sound like a manufacturer defect to me?"
This is also known in the legal community as "Breach of Contract" especially under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act for modified vehicles like ours.

You can potentially sue an auto manufacturer for breach of contract if they refuse to honor a valid warranty or recall defects. This is because a warranty is a contractual agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer. If the manufacturer fails to uphold their end of the agreement, it can be considered a breach of contract, and you may be able to pursue legal action.

Recalls and Defects:
Recalls are a formal acknowledgement by a manufacturer that a product is defective and potentially dangerous. Refusing to address these defects, as outlined in the recall, can also be a breach of contract.

I have a recorded phone call of GM refusing to honor the recall. The fact I don't have a warranty is irrelevant. And Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act specifically states it has to be proven in court that the modifications caused the defect.
