Depends on your goals for the car. On a bolt on car you can just do an OEM level rebuild, add the converter of your choice (and a good TCM tune!) and you’ll be good.

If you’re planning on big power down the road, send it out to Pure, ATI, etc for a high power rebuild with Raybestos clutches, billet input shaft, etc.
