UPDATE:
so i am very sure this was what was making the sound. I was able to eventually get underneath the car WHILE it was making the sound. ended up being the rubber piece slipping off of the fuel line and the exhaust clamp was rubbing and "scoring" it sometimes to where it would sound like a rotating part was squeaking. its been a couple days now and no more noises!
