Poor paint
I have a 2022 1SS with the wild cherry tintcoat. Just took a 3,400 mile cross country trip with it. The car performed flawlessly, but after returning home tried to clean the car up. Honestly, every bug splatter on the painted plastic parts, like the mirrors, front end, bumper, etc. cannot be removed. I have tried several "bug remover" products, wax, etc. but nothing will remove. There are hundreds of these across the front end. I'm a speed limit driver so there weren't any high speed sprints.
I don't see any other related complaints, so I'm wondering if this specific color was pathetically soft. Doesn't sound right, but it really appears to be "in" the finish now, and not on it. Buffing may improve, but hate to resort to that for bug splatter. Suggestions, or similar experiences? Thanks
