Funny enough, I will keep my ICE Camaro, hope that GM knocks it out of the park with their EV version, and maybe in a few years I'll inquire about one. One thing I really don't want is that fake sounding engine crap. Give me the quiet that is associated with an EV or give me nothing. I can't tell you how many times I've been on a conference call and the other participants weren't tipped off that I was driving around in my EV. Now when I'm in the Camaro and on a call, let's just say that I try not to take a call as the mix of V8, tire, and wind noise conspire to make it hard to hear wtf anyone is saying. And I'm perfectly ok with that, as I don't want to be bothered when I'm driving the Camaro.
