I figure at the speeds he was traveling, and some person making a lane change, he didn't have time to react, which is one thing that people going this fast fail to realize. All it takes is someone making a move into your lane. They don't anticipate some crazed lunatic hurling themselves down the highway at such speeds, and you're going too fast to react. But yes, he's going to be paying for this for a long time, which is fine by me.
