Top is the right deflector and spacer from the front, next is the left from the rear and bottom is the CT5-V BW right side control arm showing the inside and middle hole locations from the video. The middle hole makes it easy to duplicate the correct location because it's at the middle of the crosspiece between the holes.
I'm not cooking the rear boots either, but if I can get another session or even better another track day out of a set of pads, I'll be happy. My goal is to reduce consumable costs/day.
The backing plate would need only minor modification just below and to the rear of the caliper. You only need to remove ~ 2in, see bottom picture.
I really don't think the cooling will be as effective as the fronts, but the rears don't require as much.
Another step for rear cooling/longevity is to swap to Racing Brake rear pistons.

They're dimpled at the pad face to allow air in, no holes but still vented. Thx for the suggestion RUQWIKR
