Mine is on all the time, that I've had the patience to look at anyway. I contacted JMS and sent them the model/date for my unit This was because the directions state that a "GM Specific" booster is required because the FSCM has power to it all the time (about 1/2 way down on pg 2 of instructions). My concern was that I may have gotten a non-GM specific booster and would run down the battery.
They responded quickly and said all models now have GM programming.
