Side note I would buy a used 2019 Zl1 before I spent that kind of money on a 2SS. If willing to travel you can still find them for around 60k CPO with a better warranty than new.

2) It feels counter-intuitive to buy a used car in this market. I can get a new Camaro for sticker (I think) spec'd exactly as I want. I do not mind the wait. Used are sky-high.
3) Yes I might travel for the right car with warranty.
