Something for the brakes. The rotors will rust and the pads will seize to the rotor surface, no doubt.
I think, but haven't done it, that if you cut up one of those plastic folders used for paper that are available everywhere. Cut to size and place between the pads and rotors. No seizing, but won't do anything to keep the rotors clean. You'll have to drive slow once you get back, remove the plastic first, to get the rotors clean.

Like others have said: pull the neg terminal off of the battery, air up the tires to near max. You have a good idea for the fuel fill, you might think about using soup cans to clamp over the exhaust tips. Rat poison under the hood is also a good thought.
