Following up. Did a track alignment on a hunter rack. Went home and checked the toe using the string method. It was set at .1* toe in and the string showed the actual toe to be zero. So I set the front toe to 1.5mm toe in total and set the left front at -3.1 camber and the rt front at .2.6. Left front tire pressure worked good at 41 and rt front at 40 hot. Rears were -2.1 camber and total toe at 1mm. rear tire pressure was at 33-34 to get good heat gradient across the tire. The fronts were new and rears had about 230 miles of track use prior the the current setup. I got on track two days ago for about 100 miles total. I got better wear but I can still see the very inside edge of the fronts getting scrubbed. Attached pics below show fronts at half day rotation and then all four at the end of the track day. The car worked great and I was 4 seconds faster than my well prepped 500 RWHP c5. I will change front toe to 2mm total for the next day to see what happens.
