Well if you were talking about the track then you're absolutely right. A more experienced driver could still beat you in an "inferior" car. But if you're drag racing two automatic (not manual) vehicles then it's different. I mean how much skill do you need to drive in a straight line in a LONG STRETCH on track with no turns and no other traffic?
