Mine's been flawless, as have nearly all...
Here's a rundown:
The only common "issue" with the ZL1 A10 is the 3-4 and 4-3 shift at low throttle when using paddles when the tranny is cold... it sometimes shifts before the rev-match is completely done, bucking the car slightly. It's a cold paddles thing, it doesn't do it when warm or in auto mode.

Another was a in some cars from the initial late 2016 early 2017 production run were delivered with too much fluid from the factory and a few triggered over-temp on track. But that was easily addressed and hasn't been an issue since.

A few other folks here have reported other random rare problems, but they either broke them by exceeding their ratings with 1200+ HP, or were one of a few/far-between rare bad luck quality issues like Tfluid pump failures (maybe 3 units in 10,000+ rare?).
IMO, overall the A10 has been one of the better/best Trannies GM has ever made.
