Ya that is a pretty noticeable sound there. Can i ask if you checked to make sure the recirc. valve is in one piece. I know the throttle response changes some with those. I'm not sure how much the turbo would affect the throttle you'd effectively be running N/A shouldn't affect the throttle body sensor unless you've got a CEL on as well. I'm assuming you taken the heat shield off when diagnosing. I had a slightly different sound but it was still chirpy like what you have in a way. I'd let the car cool down and see if you can move your downpipe with your hands at all. Mine was just free floating when the turboside flanges snapped.
