Actually no it cant, there is no way to put a solenoid in place to block out the center gears (3rd and 4th) nor a way to block 5th and 6th due to reverse being over there already.
I take it you have never seen a Tremec 6spd manual transmission, there isnt much room in them. As it is now the lockout solenoids are mounted on the side of the transmission, there is no way to put them in the middle of the transmission as they would not be serviceable without pulling the transmission if they fail, and they do fail at times.
