Ah, actually, it provides no peace of mind.
Tracking the car with a group of other races and not having liability insurance seems crazy to me, to the point I won't do it, which is a shame cause I wanted to get after it! There's a good event being planned at Sebring this December which I wanted to go to. There's just too much risk. I'm not gonna jeopardize everything I've worked for so I can run the car in circles for a few hours.
And apparently the insurance companies recognize that risk as well.
Am I alone on this????
