Quick Update, got home early and wanted to look more closely into the wire harness wires (took pics). It might look bad but the wires all still have the coating on it. The black tape I tore into to make sure nothing else was effected, (thats why the hole is so big). Now i had to keep looking but the thick wire in that harness almost looks like it melted though but it didn't just some melted black tape on it from the header.
I would like to say i got pretty lucky because after the headers were installed i drove straight home which was about 20-25 mins and pulled the harness away temporally zip tied.
Got some DEI insulation heat tape and wrapped the harness with electrical tape then the DEI tape. then i changed my mind about putting the wire harness under the reservoir. So i ran it on the inside of the reservoir so i don't take any chances.
