In it is a statement by Procharger
"The pulley size would have been ordered by your selling dealer.
We try and get it as close as possible to their request.
(given the variables, such as altitude, engine rpm, modifications, etc)"

and...

3.70" = 11psi (but will need meth) ~650+ rwhp
3.85" = 9.5psi (but will need meth) ~600+ rwhp
4.13" = 8psi ~550-580rwhp

The 4.13" is pretty much the last pulley the factory fuel system can hang on with.
Plus is right at about the point of "diminishing returns" as far as power goes if only on pump gas.
(octane limit)... after that you have to reduce timing, which in turn affects how the D/I injection works, and not a lot of good idea for motor longevity.
