This was my first V8 because I could finally afford one. My Mazdaspeed 3 was the quickest car I owned previously. And it was still slower than the turboed Camaro. The V6 would definitely put it to shame. Still, with all that, I enjoyed the hell of it.
The V6 camaro is nothing to sneeze at. Sub 5.5 0 60 and low 13s is still a fast car that would outrun the majority of vehicles on the street.
I always loved the torque and sound of a V8 and promised myself to get one, but I wouldn't put down the V6 in the Camaro or even the turboed 4.
