I have a manual, only difference I notice between sport and tour is heavier steering feel in sport, but I prefer the steering feel of tour.

Snow/Ice also makes the throttle much subtle

This. I got the RS package and Technology package... that's it. My Car was still at least $7-8k cheaper than a no option SS. I am 100% happy with my V6.

If you can swing the extra $$$ for the SS...
