Releasing Emergency Brake without starting the engine?

Need to tow my car soon and I cannot start it. I have power, Its a 6 speed manual, how do I disengage the E brake without starting?

Get the sto n sho. Doesn't block any air coming in from the front grill and it bolts on the bottom of the car using the same screws from your car.

Thanks for your feedback. However, the zl1 wheels I believe are 10 and 11 wide and can fit in an ss model. With that setup the tires are for sure wider.
