The next issue is the flappers that open and near seat belt retractor. They typically bind open when the top is open. They should close for a nice clean look.
Other than that, some minor squeaks, rattles and air noise can be expected. I’d look for water in the trunk area and run my hands all around the interior rug surface, feeling for dampness. In my case, my passenger door glass clips the top a bit. Not a huge deal since it’s the passenger side. Good luck, awesome car

I personally have not had any trouble with the rear glass but know that others have. I did have the flapper issue on one side and the dealer changed both. I have some slight squeaks, and rattles but insignificant. I have heard no air noise. Keep in mind that the truck space is tiny. And by tiny, I mean: minute, small-scale, scaled-down, mini, baby, toy, pocket, fun-size, petite, dwarfish, knee-high, miniature, minuscule, microscopic, nanoscopic, infinitesimal, micro, diminutive, pocket-sized, reduced, Lilliputian, etc. I love driving with the top down. I love that I can remotely start the car and remotely put the top down by the time I walk up to the car and open the door. The hard tonneau cover is perfect, just put the top down and ready to rock and roll. And don't forget, you can put the top down at up to 30 MPH. I use that function all the time. I love LOVE this car! Congrats and Enjoy!
