Anyone know the difference between the two?

So a forum member was nice enough to send me a rotofab cai (not a big gulp) off his zl1, does anyone know the difference between the ss rotofab and zl1 rotofab? I emailed rotofab and they said it wouldn't fit but I cant tell the difference between the two

elbow bends are different as TB locations are different

If you need someone to take that Rotofab off you and put it to good use, I might know a guy ;)

Between stock LT1 and stock LT4 this is true, BUT, the OP has a Whipple supercharger on his LT1 (per his sig line), meaning that his TB has been moved to a location more like the ZL1. So, I'd consider a test-fit before giving up in this particular case.

The hood/front fascia differences may be problematic also.

Maybe the hood seal, which I doubt would be too big of a deal, but why would the front fascia be an issue? The air inlet is the same as an ss's behind the driver headlight.

You're probably correct about the hood seal being the only issue.

It should work since you have a Whipple.
