Launch control on a 2014 1LE

Got a quick question on launch control on my car.

I know how to activate it but my question is can you adjust the RPM"S in which it holds at?

my car leaves at 4k which is to high for street i wanna get it down to like 32-3300.

My car goes to the tuner in a month to get tuned for E85 and i was going to have him tune that down if that is possible.

All SS models came with launch control. Put it in comp mode, floor it and the RPMs will stabilize around 4-5k, then dump the clutch.
And for OP it's probably easier just to learn how to launch it yourself with no launch control.

Your better off learning to launch it on your own, you’ll just fire the tires otherwise.

The launch control is more or less burnout control. Very slow, probably a full second worse than a good launch. I did a test next to a tesla last night, launch control gave him 3 car lengths, a normal launch put me ahead right off the line.

Edit: testing isn't racing.
