Z/28 replica wheels
Thinking about buying the Z/28 MRR replica wheels for my Camaro SS. Anyone ever had any problems with these? pictures?

I've heard of some out of round issues and that's not a good thing. I would guess that's a manufacturing problem and those usually aren't singular. But I like the look, just not the black.

Once I saw the mrr had issues with being out of round and valves hitting calipers, I went with factoryreproductions.com and couldn't be happier.

I'm currently using stock sizes for tires but it's obvious they are too small. I'm going to move them to my winter wheels and run 275/40/20 on the front and 295-305/35/20 on the rear. I think I got 9 and 10 inch staggered, well I'm pretty sure

Factory Reproductions is the way to go. No strange lug nut depth front to back issues, no valve stem issues, AWESOME customer service. 20x11 rear with 315/35/20 20x10 front 275/40/20 nitto555g2. No rubbing no problem. Only had to tie up RR ebrake cable to prevent rim rubbing.

We do a lot of MRR M228 wheels, their solid wheel choices.

I would say that The Factory Reproductions versions are "inspired" by the Z28 wheel. They are very different than the Z28 wheel.

My 4 rim shipment said 170 lbs. On the shipping tag. 42.5 each. However they were definitely not that heavy. I'm estimating closer to about 35 lbs. each. Or perhaps I'm the Hulk!
