Did I miss something, full exhaust a no tune?

I'm more interested in the weight loss..

540/548 stock, wow that is huge drivetrain loss compared to the advertised 650/650.

You see 15% loss through a manual, more through an auto. Its not that surprising.

It said headers I'm Pretty sure. Just that one picture showed the full stock exhaust minus headers.

I guess I was a little surprised that long tubes and exhaust didn't yield better results alone. It did smooth out the curve, the stock pull was very choppy

It's also that dyno on that particular day. Every dyno is going to read something a little different.

This.. I never buy into dyno numbers, its just a tuning tool.

Would love to see a time slip with CAI and exhaust only vs stock

I understand but these are huge power losses from advertised to actual. Take for example many of the 2016/17 SS automatics which seem to dyno 410-420 hp, and 420-430 tq, which is very little loss as compared to advertised.

Depends on the type of dyno, the scaling they are using, weather conditions and so forth. Even with a correction factor, you can wildly different numbers from one day to the next and dyno to dyno. I watched a video the other day and it showed a 17 ZL1 which dynoed 605RWHP. Meaningless to me. It's just a tuning tool.
