Kia Stinger - Sports Sedan
So...this is not new news, but I just figured for sure...somebody here would bring it up for discussion. Nope. Did I just miss the thread? Does nobody know about this car, or is the bias against Kia just very strong with this forum.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no Kia fanboy, but I respect the brand now. It has come a long ways. With that said. What does everything think of the new Kia Stinger? I like it. I think the front end might look a bit strange, but the more I look at it the more I start to get over it. Also, the car looks a bit long. Otherwise....I love it. I even like the interior a lot. TTV6 365HP 0 - 60 5 seconds or less 8 speed auto RWD or AWD Thoughts??? http://www.caranddriver.com/news/201...-and-info-news

1. It's still a Kia (it is hard to shake the lowly impression from years ago)
2. IMHO, it will be priced in the neighborhood of the Chevrolet SS (soon to be discontinued ). For that money, I'd buy an SS and flog this thing. It is interesting though, nonetheless.

If Kia can do it, so can GM.
RWD Impala please.

I owned a Kia Spectra 5sp for a couple years as a DD... was a nice car for what it was, and it was cheap to keep. The stick was really sweet in it, smooth... almost Honda smooth. The interior was just as plastic then as my Camaro is now.
My Step Daughter still has her 2005 Spectra... just rolled a little over 150k miles. Just had to put new tires and a thermostat on it. That's all it's needed in 12 years (other than a set of tires). I wouldn't hesitate to own another Kia.

Looks a bit like the Jaguar XF... which is definitely not a bad thing.

I dig it for sure (I'm not brand loyal to any brand). It looks like a Panamera from certain angles. I think they have something here imho.

If it's under 35k, not bad...if it's over 35k, no thanks. Not for a Kia.

It won't get much love here in Camaro Land, but I like it, especially the interior. I'm guessing after the dismal sales of the SS sedan, Chevy will concede the RWD sedan market, but I bet this will sell well.
