Ok What Is This?

Twice now, I've gotten my car back from service to find one of these caps floating around in my cabin. Anyone know where they're supposed to go??

That's what's causing your doors to rattle under bass.

I put some tape over them to hold them in place and the bass is now not rattling them anymore. Really crappy design as a large percentage of Camaro owners probably never even looked under the door at them. I would remove them but i think air can pass through them and not worth that headache. Tap on them and if they are not secure they most likely will rattle under the radios base, at least on the Bose systems...

If loose, can't you just add some silicon glue to them to stop the rattle?

Yes you can use some silicone. There is a whole thread about this somewhere on the forums here. My base rattled the heck out of them, when i went to look at those rubber plastic pieces it was barely staying in place.
