Port heads

Anyone know a good machine shop to port and Polish the heads, intake manifold and throttle body?

I would start with giving PRC a call to see if they have a program for the LT1 heads yet. I wouldn't let anyone actually port my heads by hand if they aren't going to flowbench every port$$$$. If you get a good CNC, they have made sure they all flow similarly.

if you just want them to clean them up, you should be ok.

I hear that, I think you can work with them through Texas speed.

LME might be good too

edit: just found that LME has 6.2L LT1 heads on their website

even with that done + cai + headers + tune along with premium fuel, you're not looking at a whole lot of meaningful hp and torque. Expect around 5% peak improvement for all that combined judging by the dyno before/after numbers I've seen for such setups.

If you're concerned with warranties but want to push a 380hp car to go meaningfully faster then you might be looking at an expensive dead end. It's already really fast. Going faster is just going to require voiding some warranties. Or lying about it later.

Spend your money on things that make you happy first is what I would suggest. Unless that 5% is super important or just a happy side-effect.

I bet those LT1 heads outflow the capabilities of the stock camshaft so I'm not sure what you'll get out of them alone. If they get opened up too much it could kill your low end, too. All conjecture on my part, btw.
