Interest in 2016 look nose for the 2010-15 models.

Called a local fiberglass shop today to ask advice about what I could do to strengthen a duraflex bumper explaining my project.

New owner mentions wanting to get into carbon fiber products , so I gave him some advice. Said a 2016 Camaro look nose to fit the 2010 to 2015 year models could be one of the next hot wanted items in the market.

Did I tell him correctly??

Too expensive in my opinion. To do this and incorporate the grill, lights, harness for lights would be a major undertaking in my opinion. Now to do something where the existing lights grill and just massage the fascia to have a similar appearance would be more intriguing than trying to retro fit the current into the older models. Just my .02 cents.

Actually ,that's more what I meant. Grilles from an online gm source generally aren't too bad , but the lights are WOOOO. That could be another aftermarket supplier's challenge.
Here's an overlay sketch of changes to make a 2015 grille look similar to a 2016, as I'm planning an upgrade for my 2010 Camaro nose el camino project.

+1

My fear is it will fit as good as the duraflex bumper fits the GEN5 cars.
