3-4 high rev, not catching immediately

What's up forum! I drive a 2011 1LT RS M6. I have a question about an issue I'm having. Under hard acceleration, my 3-4 shift feels like it's slipping. It'll rev really high and stay high for a second or two and then the revs will drop a little bit, as if the tranny is trying to catch up to the engine. After this little mishap, it'll increase speed as expected. It's only on this shift. I don't know if its the clutch because none of my other gears slip. The car is till under 30k miles but I'm out of warranty due to time. Any insight on this issue would be much appreciated.

P.S. If there is already a thread on this, please send me the link. I've looked and haven't found anything.
