How much?
How much would a 2014 Camaro SS hood and bumper be painted and installed?
Any idea where I can get the bumper and hood?

Install would be free cause you can do it alone and in about 2 hours... That's what I did. Maybe a hand to hold the hood but the bumper you can do alone. I would be patient and keep an eye out. I just got my bumper after 2 months of searching. It was a bonus cause it was an ss bumper. I got mine for $225 maybe a14 will cost a little more. Id say ~500-600

Can't you buy just the vent for the hood? Wouldn't that be a little cheaper to install?

Your best bet is to buy a replacement bumper/front fascia, have it painted to match and install it yourself, then pay someone to install the SS vent in your hood since it isn't damaged. My local Chevy dealer will install a new SS hood vent on a stock hood for about $600 which is WAY cheaper than buying a new hood and having it painted.

And I was thinking about the hood vent previously but I didn't know it was that much. But if I got an SS Bumper, the lines on the hood and bumper wouldn't match up, though?

but you can find either aftermarket hoods or a used SS hood with it for probably the same or close and sell the original. I sold my hood for $200 and got a CF hood for $800 ish so I basically spent $600 to get a carbon fiber hood with the ZL1 heat extractor. Look around for used parts if you don't care about new parts |

Not sure but I think that's the total cost including the vent.
