Fat tires with black rims

Is there a set of black rims with fat tires for the street like this picture that fits the 2010 Camaro?

I've seen a set on an s10 in town a few years ago.

If there is what would be the performance issues with them on the street?

Those are NASCAR-style wheels/tires and are typically a 15" wheel. The smallest wheels I've seen installed on a V6 are 18's without any modifications.

I can't speak to the performance side.

They are Goodyear Eagle racing tires.

They aren't typically DOT approved for street use though...
