5 Spoke Suggestions.

Man I'm really having a hard time picking out some wheels for my Camaro. I'm looking for a 5 spoke in 20 in. Keep changing my mind. Was set on factory style in black chrome but keep hearing the finish peels. Thing is I want somewhat of that old school muscle car look but yet somewhat modern that would look right on a new Camaro. Like a AR Thorq Thrust M looks great on a Challenger but I think looks a little goofy on a Camaro. Maybe not if it's lowered right. Any suggestions and especially pics would be highly appreciated. BTW I have an Inferno Orange SS with black rally stripes. Also looking to keep it around $1500 or preferably lower for a set.

I have 20" KMC rock stars on mine. There aren't any size options but 20x9 (front) and 20x10 (rears) so if you want to run a bigger tire, they are out.

This I an iPhone pic so quality isn't the greatest.

I'd check with nineball and see what he suggests.

Here you go old school IROC Z wheels with a modern twist, or as I like to say IROC wheels on streriods LOL. These are 22's but you can get them in 20's also

How 'bout Forgestar CF5's. Nice looking lightweight 5-spoke. I think I saw one of the vendors had a special on them for about $1650 a set (shipped).

Check out the thread I started a few below this one. I'm having the same problem.......wanting to buy chrome rims to replace the plain painted OE rims and having to pick **ONE** design out of at least 1000 from different manufacturers. You mentioned the AR Torq Thrush M looking goofy on a Camaro......the few pics I've seen, I think it looks amazing and its one of my 3 picks to buy. The new AR VN805 Boulevard is another rim that I think looks great (check out a pic of it in the Sponsor's section). But hey, different strokes for different folks. That's what being human is all about....liking different things. Good luck on picking a rim. I know I wasn't any help because I need help myself

Check out mine. They NC Forged. 24x10 rear, 22x9 front. I know you prefer 20's, and I'm sure they make them that size. [/IMG]

Some of you guys missed his $1500/set target.

Honestly, there really aren't many head-turning modern/retro examples of 20" Camaro fitment wheels in that price range. I suppose for that amount, I'd be looking into something like the 20x9.5 and 20x11.0 Bravado Americana wheels.

If you decide to go forged, I had a customer with the same request as you did. We went with Cor Forged wheels:

I'd like to see more pics of chrome torq thrust M's on a car that's lowered. All the pics I've seen are the gray and the car is at stock height.
