We can order 2012's now, right?

From what I've seen on here with the ordering guide, it appears we "can" order 2012's now. However, I had an email conversation with an "in the know" person, and he said he couldn't order them yet at his dealership.

Thanks for your help. I really hope to order within the next week finally, and I hate to think maybe it can't happen yet.

If not now then very soon. I think in early July they also take a 2 week shutdown which could also delay builds.

It was my understanding that orders could be placed on May 26th, if your dealer had allocation for one. Also if they shutdown in the beginning of July, that would coincide with the July 18th production start date. Maybe 2 weeks off before the 2012 porduction begins?

Yes you can order now. I just put in my order at the dealership and he has 4 Camaro allocations opening up tomorrow.

GrandPrix, I would have to agree with the suggestions here. Checking with your dealer to see if the have allocation would be a good way of finding out if you can order the vehicle at this time. I don't currently have any informaton on when ordering will officially begin or on the pricing of the vehicle but you don't have a very long wait before production starts and hopefully between then and now the pricing is released. I hope these suggestions help you.
