93 octane, but 87 works just as good.

The manual recommends 93 octane.

I have a v6 RS, 93 still ok?

And is it ok to put 93 in if there's like a fourth of a tank of regular already in it?

Just a quick clarification the RS package adds nothing to powertrain of the car. I feel like I should say something about this before you get reemed for not being up to speed on your facts on a car forum. You have an LT which, means you have a 3.6L V6 just like the LS trim. You should be fine on 87 octane as modern car engines just retard the spark slightly to handle the lower fuel grade. Howsoever using lower octane fuel like 87 will yield less power from the engine than 93 octane. If you want the best performance go with 93. Also to answer your question yes you can mix fuel grades into one tank.
