Here's what I found it's not showing the 18" options on any dealer sites I've used.
20-Inch Wheel Package - 5-Split-Spoke Aluminum w/ Black Star Center Cap (5JW) (For RS Package only) - $4582.56 or $750 ea. 20-Inch Wheel Package - 5-Split-Spoke Low-Gloss Black (SHH) (RS Package only) - $4.422.56 or $500 ea. 20-Inch Wheel Package - 5-Split-Spoke Polished Forged with Black Star Center Cap (56K) (for SS models) - $4,907.92 or $750 ea. 20-Inch Wheel Package - Gloss Black Painted with Red Stripe (SHL) (For RS Package only) - $6,822.56 or $500 ea. 20-Inch Wheel Package - Gloss Black Painted with Red Stripe Wheels (56H) (For SS Models Only) - $4,747.92 or $500 ea. * From the build your own chevy catalog the options are immensely cheaper... Having them ordered with the car being built ranges from $800 to $3,195 for 20" wheels there are no selectable 18" or 19" options from Chevrolet directly or that I can find on any dealer site I imagine if I searched a parts site I could find the 18" option though.

There's a ton of them on EBay in the California area for sale between 500 to 900 dollars but most say local pick-up only.
