I would flip out. Poor individual, I know when I got mine from the dealership, I was after every speck of dirt. Trying to imagine finding it like this, ugh.

To most of us, that would have obviously been the wrong street to turn down, but not everyone thinks that way. In the off road world, I've found that a lot of people are generally poor judges of the depth of standing water (and the viability of the underlying surface). So, to see an abandoned car on a flooded street- not surprising. It happens.
