Sure seems that way, and I believe the Admins need to get involved at this point. Mishimoto has had a few products they've "released" in the past 12 months where there have been significant delays. Most recently being their long anticipated Cold Air Intake for the 2.0T powered cars. Mishi announced this product back in 2016. On March 10th 2017 they posted in the 4cylinder modification forum that they would be accepting pre-sales. As of this post, 1/5/18, no one has received their parts. They've had excuse after excuse as to why they've been unable to ship this product as you can see in this thread.

At this point, they've had people's money for nearly 10 months. They've been given an interest free loan essentially. It has all the hallmarks of a Ponzi scheme (taking money from new customers to pay for products to keep other customers happy). This needs to stop. It has happened with every product they've released in the past 12 months. They open pre-sales, entice people with a discount, then take their sweet ass time while lying to their customers about when the product will be delivered. They've used every excuse in the book, repeatedly. Oh, there's an error with the warehouse, or oh we found an engineering issue. EVERY SINGLE ITEM. And, the delays/excuses are getting worse with every new part. Someone needs to hold their feet to the fire and get some real answers.

I don't think people can still make a dispute at this point nearly 10 months later.

As much as i feel for the BS Mishimoto has caused no one has been charged anything for their parts. You pay for the pre-sale but they don't charge your card until they ship so no ones actually paid anything to them until then. Worse yet is you can get the products for the same price from vendors as the pre-sale price pretty much.

That doesn't appear to be true. It looks like people that pay by means other than a credit card do have the funds deducted immediately.
