Since there are so many manufacturers using Android, different wireless phone carriers, different UI's, etc., simpler things like making it function in a screen 1" larger does unfortunately take longer than 1 vanilla simple OS with one manufacturer. It will be available, just be patient, I myself am looking forward to it.
