Has anyone installed the Overkill LGX supercharger yet?

I'm thinking about buying one for my future '17 Camaro RS after 15-20k miles, but I haven't seen anything on Camaro6 that says how difficult it is to install, or any videos of accelerations, dynos, or track footage. Sorta bothers me that everyone seems to focus only on the SS when the V6 is just as good of a car. If anyone has installed this, can you post a video of an acceleration, or a dyno run?

It's still in development, so currently nobody has the finished product installed.

I am very close to pulling the trigger on this. Just debating some of the finer details of visual inspections during emissions testing.

I'm guessing removing the SC, putting stock spark plugs back in, flashing the stock tune back and putting the stock intake back in should do the trick (leaving the intercooler in but unconnected and the crank pulley). I'm hoping that is something that can be done in a weekend.

Some of the gen 5 guys quote a long weekend is plenty of time to do it. If you are used to taking it on and off.

ChargerJake did you end up getting the kit?

Anyone know how much weight the kit adds to the car? Thanks!

The focus is on the SS because it does not make much sense to mod a V6. Putting a supercharger on the V6 will put it in range of a stock SS cost and performance wise.

These types of comments come up on every car forum
'well you might as well get X'.

There's plenty of reasons why people mod their cars. And this type of comment is useless.

I'm sorry but that's a troll post.

It's not a troll post...lose the butthurt attitude. My point was spending money on a supercharger for a V6 puts you at the cost of buying a 1SS which is why you don't see V6's getting much attention in that department. Aside from that I didn't say it was dumb to mod a V6 nor am I knocking you if you do. The V6 is still a solid car but after you mod it, a stock SS is just as fast....either way do what ya want, it's your money.
