ZL1 1LE Buy Price
Has anyone purchased/leased their ZL1 1LE at or below sticker? I'm seeing +$5K or $10K.
Also with a residual of $38,900 (looking at a 1LE now) would it be better to lease, then purchase? Thanks for your thoughts. |

as far as I know, you cannot lease a zl1.
i paid msrp for mine. i asked if i could get any incentives, they said there are no incentives on a zl1.

I don't know about a 1LE, but I ordered my ZL1 with supplier pricing. Haven't received it yet There were some on lots around me for +5K, I didn't even bother calling.

Both are false. I work for a Chevy dealer, I just leased my 18 ZL1 and received incentives. It is possible that at the time you purchased that there were no incentives available.

Supplier, owner loyalty and lease conquest apply to zl1 purchases, if the dealer participates in supplier. Not sure about the 1le...

Are you guys willing to PM dealer names that did supplier? Same issue here in Central FL with dealers tacking on top of MSRP

That would be a big list. I called about 6 dealers and four offered multiple incentives. So my random experience is must do. $5500 in incentives on mine.

Do not pay above sticker. I already spoke to a dealer here in Burbank and it's MSRP. Let any dealer, who wants to gouge, know that they will get nailed online. Buyers have power and they should use it. A friend recently went through this. Walked into a dealer and they pulled that nonsense. He said nothing and left. Then he went home and emailed the sales manager and owner to let them know he was going to nail them on Yelp and google and did so. Rotten dealers should be exposed. They have the legal right to gouge. We have the legal right to let customers know that there are better options. I paid sticker (a little less actually) for my Hellcat Charger. No way will I pay more than sticker for a ZL1. R. |

Let's try to stay on topic with the OP question that is asking about the ZL1LE. I paid msrp for my ordered model. They offered no incentives and no rebates and no lease on it. I found msrp to be fair. You may get lucky if you find a dealer in the middle of nowhere USA that got an allocation somehow and have no one in the area interested nor even know about the car. There may be rare instances of someone getting below msrp but I wouldn't count on it. But msrp should be reasonable.
