Cant remember which post its in, but i called a few weeks back and aparrently its on hold once again. They arent sure if they are going to make the investment. Its SEMA week, so a call may be a better option.

Well I got in contact with Cold air inductions last week and they're giving a release date of December so I think that's where my money might go

things may turn around with Bodyslides reply from em. like said, mine was 2 weeks ago...pre-SEMA... you know how things get busy at SEMA.

they might have a change of plans post-SEMA.

time will tell.

Went rotofab on the 13’ very well may go CAI this time. I just think $400+ for their intakes is absurd.

Hey guys... Was there any decision on whether or not Roto Fab is going to make us an intake?

i'll say this, as its some advice i got not even a week ago from Ricardo at Phastek. i was asking about possible torque converters for the v6 from circle D...

his advice:

SPEAK UP.

meaning... if you got 5 min... ring up rotofab. i had their 5th gen intake, and LOVED IT.

they have it planned, but if there isn't a demand... they aren't gonna be in a rush to make something that no one is craving. its like food. if you have a restaurant and everyone is craving pancakes, why would you make anything else other than pancakes? you know they will sell, right?

same for the companies that support us.

call in, let em know that's what you want and or are waiting for.

don't just wait (just advice) but help get the ball rolling.

one or two people calling in, isn't much a demand... but you get 10-15 different peeps calling in, that opens their eyes to "well hey, there's a market for this...maybe we should start building it."

just my advice.

Has anyone installed the B&B Cold Air Intake Systems - Chevy Camaro RS 3.6L V6 - BBCI858CH639? Can’t find a B&B company website. The website globalautoshop.com says it’s street and emission legal in all 50 states. Selling for $189. No mention of CARB (I haven’t check the STATE CARB website to confirm). I know many in So Cal have installed non-CARB without problems and swap out for smog check. I prefer to wait until a CARB approved one is available, which might be never.
