I had plenty of people asking me for side shots showing where the tire sits in relation to the fender now. I did have to trim the non-threaded end of the wheel studs to install these adapters, so it's not 100% reversible. You can find more information here - http://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=449451 I'm waiting for an appointment for an alignment at my local dealer, and once I get the wheels positioned correctly again (I think the rear has too much camber), I'll consider adding 25mm rear adapters instead. I think they could come out just a hair more to match the fronts. I didn't run the offset numbers, but the stance with the new offsets looks very similar to last gen ZL1s.

I also added the GM front splitter, painted the brake calipers with G2 Caliper paint and the rotor hats gloss black, installed BigWorm marker light Gun Smoke film, removed the fender emblem and rear SS emblem, tinted the windows 18% and had Clear Bra installed on front, hood, mirrors, behind front wheels and in front of rear wheels. I also clayed, polished, and sealed the paint...like I said, it's been a busy week!

This looks great!! Would you say the GM lowered the vehicle close the 20mm that is claimed? 20mm or .75" is perfect!

How is the ride vs stock for the GM Lowering Springs Btw?? I'm super interested in these but it's just too pricey right now for $1500. But I'm sure it's worth it since it's a full setup not just springs.

I would say it's about 3/4". It's a good drop that still doesn't scrape anywhere, including speed bumps on my new front splitter

3/4" of inch is good.. two fingers between the fender/tire is perfect for these cars.

As far as riding quality, I'm sure it stiffened up a bit correct? I can deal with it if it stiffened up a bit.. but not as much as just lowering it with just springs.

Honestly, it's as close to possible to stock as you could imagine. One of those huge bumps that I hit when I take it to work, it rebounds harder for sure. It literally feels just like stock though in every over instance.

Wonderful, that's good news! Time to pony up $1500 + tax for it now

Thanks!

I definitely want to score a set of these for my DD All Season tires when I get my 1LE!

Maybe I'll get lucky and find used or new take off set in the classifieds when the time comes.

Btw, did the lowering throw the alignment off spec? Did u need an alignment afterwards?

An alignment should always be done after removing and installing suspension parts.

$1500.

Them dealer will charge around 500-700 bucks to install and for alignment.

I'm trying my best to get it for cheaper. I would like to pay $1200-1300. It's worth the peace of mind for warranty issues.
