Typo it should be 4300 - Intermediate Delivery.

Thanks for catching that. In any event the car was at 4300 for OVER three weeks and suddenly it's back at the factory with no explanation.

$100 for an oil change is a rip off!, it says it must be used at 1 time, and expires in a year!

She didn't offer any additional info like why the car is still at the factory, when it will ship etc.

Guess I'll try calling when I get back home from a business trip. This is getting OLD to say the least considering his car has been at 4300 since the 23rd of April. How could it be intransit yet still at the factory?.

I guess this is better than having the car getting into an accident while being loaded onto the trucks for shipment.

Sorry to hear of the delay. I hope that someday my dealer just calls me and says she is here. That is why I don't call/check....I don't want to drive myself crazy.

It's May 22nd and no one knows ANYTHING about my son's 2SS. He was given a VIN and 4300 status code back on 23 April. Then we hear it was "back at the factory" then I get the two messages from GM Customer Assistance Center.

The last info we had was when my son called the CAC and was told "it was released for shipping". That was a week ago. With no explaination as to why it was returned to the factory (if it ever left) or when it is expected to be delivered.

I'm a life long GM buyer and I just don't understand why no one can give us a straight answer.

Can you see the window sticker on the GM VIN site? Thats a good sign if you can (I think), and usually means it's close to being shipped.

I totally understand how you feel about GM cause I'm in the same boat, er...Camaro.
