Received Strange Phone Call from Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center
My son's 2SS/RS has been at 4400 for over 3 weeks. Our dealer finally called the District Manager last week and was told "the car is back at the factory" and that's all they'd say.
I was away on a business trip last week and when I got home last night there were TWO voice messages from a Ms Thomas at the Customer Assistance Center saying she URGENTLY needed to speak with us about my son's 2010 Camaro SS. I wonder what they are going to tell us??? Doesn't sound GOOD. More to follow. Tom |

i had the same message, they were just getting back to me saying my car was getting fixed in pontiac mi and it could be a while, they gave me a $100 voucher for any repairs or service on my car, but wouldnt that be under warranty anyway?

since both people that have gotten the same message, they both are SS, i think its about the battery cable
