Received Strange Phone Call from Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center
 
My son's 2SS/RS has been at 4400 for over 3 weeks. Our dealer finally called the District Manager last week and was told "the car is back at the factory" and that's all they'd say.

I was away on a business trip last week and when I got home last night there were TWO voice messages from a Ms Thomas at the Customer Assistance Center saying she URGENTLY needed to speak with us about my son's 2010 Camaro SS.

I wonder what they are going to tell us??? Doesn't sound GOOD.

Yep, they probably are not going to deliver that specific car. The good news is that your new order should be put ahead of all others and be built very soon. That is what has happened to at least two people on this site. Good luck!! :)

i had the same message, they were just getting back to me saying my car was getting fixed in pontiac mi and it could be a while, they gave me a $100 voucher for any repairs or service on my car, but wouldnt that be under warranty anyway?

The $100 is not to fix anything its for say your first oil change or
any other maintenance. It is not for any warranty work.
