some noise
Hi there. My Camaro 18 1ss 1le 。 When I driving, I found that I pressed on the gas,I heard some slight noise. It's like the running of the clock(very fast).(clickclickclickclickclick). Is this a normal sound? When you drive smoothly,Turn off the radio,Keep quiet。I can always hear those tiny sounds。Please help!

Make sure there is nothing coming in contact with the belts. I haven't had this issue but heard to check the belt under the air filter box and make sure the wire is secured.

Per the above: there has been cases of an electrical harness being rubbed by AC belt. Easy to check if there is contact.

It’s likely the noise associated with the direct injection and high pressure fuel pump. This is my first DI car and I was concerned at first when I heard the noise exactly as you described. You’ll get used to it eventually.
