Yea I was thinking about having the secondary cut out and straight piped, then Buy the bolt in "test pipes" from caperformance to remove the primary cats. Have not seen anybody do this, but I want to keep the NPP.

I would say remove the primary cats and leave the resonators so it looks like you have cats if you get pulled over

or even better maybe just install high flow cats. not sure who sells bolt on high flow cats.

Still no check engine light? How many miles has it been since? I'm thinking of going down the same route and try my luck with those CEL fix

Don't know what thread you're referring to- did you read any of mine?
Don't want to go catless. Don't want raw gas smell. And if your ECM is pulling timing, you'll never know it if you're not monitoring it with a tuner or got a helluva butt dyno. Please be more specific. |

I want to do this pretty badly, but I read that Chevy will try to void the warranty. I only had my car for 4 weeks so far, definitely not interested in losing the warranty.
