ROHANA RC10

I'm looking into getting a set of Rohana RC10 wheels, along with a new set of tires for my Camaro. I've found 10x20 with a 25mm offset in the front and 11x20 with a 28mm offset in the rear. I'm trying to figure out if the offset will work for a stock wheel setup or 10mm wider all round. I apologize if this is a silly question, but I'm no the best at this.

20x11 with 28mm offset is a No Go. 10mm too much.

Should be 38mm to 43mm.
